Power Minutes

One of the requests I've heard repeatedly over the years was a desire for recorded suggestions to use with the Light Switch Self-Hypnosis. With MP3 players as the perfect delivery vehicle, Power Minutes have arrived. (Or you can simply do the technique at your desk, and listen to them through your computer speakers.) A Power Minute is simply a short recorded suggestion that you use with the Light Switch Self-Hypnosis technique.

Once you learn the Light Switch Self-Hypnosis technique you can go into and out of a hypnotic trance very quickly. During the trance, you simply use a Power Minute suggestion relevant to whatever issue is current for you. Power Minutes are an alternative to Written Suggestions.
